Work with us

Good driving instructors are harder to find in Berlin than learner drivers. So we make an effort to be somewhere people want to stay.

  • Regular studentsReal support instead of throughput
  • PredictableHours you help decide
  • ModernWell-kept vehicles
  • DE·EN·TRA multilingual team
Why here

What we do differently

We know why many people leave this profession. Those are exactly the points we work on.

No piecework

You help decide your workload. Twelve hours straight because the timetable allows it does not happen here.

Regular students

You accompany your people from the first lesson to the test. That makes the work visible and the progress tangible.

Vehicles that are a pleasure

Well kept, modern and serviced regularly. You spend all day in them – that should be right.

A multilingual team

German, English and Turkish. If you bring another language, that is a genuine gain for us.

A good location

Right at Samariterstraße station in the middle of Friedrichshain. No commuting to the edge of the city.

Short paths

Small team, direct conversations. If something bothers you, you say so and it changes – or we explain why not.
