No. This form sends an enquiry, not a contract. The actual training contract is signed with us in person, after we have discussed everything.
We look at your details and get in touch by phone or email, depending on what you left. Then we clear up the open points and arrange an appointment.
Not for the enquiry. Eye test, first aid course and photo are only needed for the application – we will then tell you the best order to sort them out.
