A right of withdrawal exists for contracts concluded at a distance or away from business premises.

When this notice applies

If the training contract is concluded in the usual way at our premises, it is neither a distance contract nor a contract concluded away from business premises. In that case there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Enquiries submitted through the forms on this website are non-binding and do not constitute a contract – no withdrawal is therefore required for them.

If a contract is exceptionally concluded entirely remotely, for example by email, the following notice applies.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you requested that training should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point of withdrawal.
