Two neighbourhoods, one short trip
The Boxhagener area lies south of Frankfurter Allee; we sit north of it in the Samariter quarter. That is about ten minutes on foot, considerably less on the U5.
Anyone coming from Boxhagener Platz already knows heavy traffic from daily life. In training that is an advantage: you already know how the street feels when a lot is going on.
